All sales are final. Once an order has been completed, products cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Products are supported through the applicable warranty only.

Two-year air gun warranty

Air guns purchased from AEA Mideast are covered by a two-year limited warranty from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects arising during normal, intended use.

If you believe there is a quality issue

Stop using the product if continued use may be unsafe. Email aea@aeamideast.com with your order number, product model, serial number where applicable, a clear description of the issue, and photos or video showing the problem.

Our team will review the issue with you and work with you to agree on an appropriate solution. Depending on the diagnosis, this may include troubleshooting, replacement parts, repair service or product replacement.

Warranty exclusions

The warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, accidental damage, ordinary wear, corrosion, incorrect storage or maintenance, incompatible ammunition or accessories, incorrect filling or pressure procedures, unauthorised modification, tuning, disassembly or repair, or third-party damage.

Do not return or ship any product without written authorisation and shipping instructions.

Safety first

Always follow the product manual, use suitable protective equipment, keep pressurised equipment within its stated limits, and comply with all local rules governing possession, transport and use.
