These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of www.aeamideast.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make through the Site.

The Site is operated under the trading name AEA Mideast by AL QALAA INTERNATIONAL FOR DEVELOPMENT AND INVESTMENT L.L.C., a limited liability company established in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, under Commercial Licence No. CN-2436013 ("AEA Mideast", "we", "us" or "our").

By visiting the Site, creating an account, placing an order or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility and lawful use

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your place of residence to use the Site or place an order. If a product is age-restricted, regulated or requires a licence, permit, registration, approval or identity check, you confirm that you meet all applicable requirements.

You are solely responsible for confirming that the purchase, import, possession, transport, storage and use of any product is lawful in your jurisdiction. We may request identification, permits or other supporting documents and may refuse or cancel an order where legal or compliance requirements are not satisfied.

You must not use the Site or any product purchased through it for an unlawful, unsafe, fraudulent or prohibited purpose.

2. Products and information

We aim to describe and display products accurately. However, colours, dimensions, weights, performance figures, compatibility, specifications and packaging may vary slightly due to manufacturing changes, screen settings or supplier updates.

Product photographs are for illustration unless stated otherwise. We may correct errors, update information or withdraw a product at any time. Where a material error affects an order, we may contact you for instructions or cancel and refund the affected order.

3. Prices, taxes and payment

Unless stated otherwise, prices on the Site are displayed in United Arab Emirates dirhams (AED). Applicable taxes, delivery fees, customs duties, import charges or other government fees may be added or remain payable by you, depending on the delivery destination.

Payment must be made through the methods shown at checkout. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that all billing information is accurate. We may use third-party payment providers and fraud-prevention services to process and verify transactions.

4. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation only acknowledges receipt and does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order.

We may accept, reject, limit or cancel an order for reasons including stock availability, pricing or description errors, payment failure, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, regulatory requirements or inability to verify eligibility. If we cancel after receiving payment, we will refund the relevant amount using the original payment method where reasonably possible.

5. Shipping and delivery

Available destinations, shipping methods, charges and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout or in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise.

International orders may be subject to customs inspection, import restrictions, permits, duties and taxes. You are responsible for obtaining required import or possession approvals and paying charges imposed by the destination country. We are not responsible for delays or seizures caused by customs or authorities where we have complied with applicable law.

Risk of loss and title pass in accordance with applicable law and the stated delivery terms. Please inspect the shipment promptly and contact us if it arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect.

6. Final sale, refunds and warranties

All sales are final. Once an order has been completed, products cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Products are supported through the applicable warranty only, as described in our Refund & Warranty Policy.

Air guns purchased from AEA Mideast carry a two-year limited warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects under normal, intended use. If you believe a product has a quality issue, contact support@aeamideast.com so we can review the issue with you and agree on an appropriate solution.

7. Product safety and responsible use

Certain products sold on the Site may be high-pressure, mechanical, age-restricted or otherwise regulated. You must read all instructions and warnings, use appropriate protective equipment, maintain products correctly and follow all applicable safety rules.

Products must never be used by an unauthorised person or in a manner that endangers people, animals or property. You are responsible for safe storage, transport, handling and use after delivery.

8. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity conducted through your account. Information you provide must be current, complete and accurate. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

We may suspend or close an account where reasonably necessary to protect customers, prevent fraud, comply with law or enforce these Terms.

9. Acceptable use of the Site

You may not:

• use the Site in violation of any law or third-party right;
• submit false, misleading or fraudulent information;
• introduce malware, scrape the Site in an abusive manner, interfere with security or overload our systems;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems or data;
• copy or exploit Site content for commercial purposes without permission; or
• use the Site to facilitate an unlawful transaction.

10. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, product descriptions, software and layout, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the Site for personal, lawful shopping purposes. No other licence is granted. Third-party brands and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

11. Third-party services and links

The Site is hosted using Shopify and may integrate payment, shipping, analytics, marketing or other third-party services. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy notices.

We are not responsible for third-party websites that we do not control. A link does not imply endorsement.

12. Disclaimer

We use reasonable care in operating the Site. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site is provided on an "as available" basis, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

Product information on the Site is general information and is not legal, licensing, technical training or safety advice. You should obtain appropriate professional or regulatory guidance where required.

13. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable, or mandatory consumer rights.

Subject to the above and to the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity or loss resulting from unlawful, unsafe or unauthorised use of a product.

Where liability may lawfully be limited, our aggregate liability arising from a particular order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

14. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate us for losses, claims and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Site, breach of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or unlawful or unsafe use, possession, import or transfer of a product.

15. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil disturbance, government action, customs restrictions, transport disruption, labour disputes, power or telecommunications failures, cyber incidents or supplier interruption. This does not affect rights that cannot be excluded by law.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, our operations or the Site. The updated version will be posted here with a revised "Last updated" date. Changes will apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws applicable in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to you.

The courts of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, will have jurisdiction over disputes, unless applicable mandatory law requires another forum. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the matter promptly.

18. General provisions

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may transfer our rights as part of a lawful business transfer or restructuring.
