Refund policy

All sales are final. Once an order has been completed, products cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Products are supported through the applicable warranty only.

Two-Year Air Gun Warranty

Air guns purchased from AEA Mideast are covered by a two-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects arising during normal, intended use.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, accidental damage, ordinary wear, corrosion, incorrect storage or maintenance, use outside the product instructions, incompatible ammunition or accessories, incorrect filling or pressure procedures, unauthorised modification, tuning, disassembly or repair, or damage caused by third parties.

If You Believe There Is a Quality Issue

Please stop using the product if continued use may be unsafe and contact support@aeamideast.com. Include your order number, product model, serial number where applicable, a clear description of the issue, and photos or video that show the problem.

AEA Mideast will review the information with you and work with you to agree on an appropriate solution. Depending on the diagnosis, the solution may include troubleshooting, replacement parts, repair service or product replacement. The available remedy is determined after inspection and assessment.

Do not return or ship any product to us without written authorisation and shipping instructions.

Other Products

For accessories, consumables and other non-air-gun products, any available manufacturer warranty will apply. All sales remain final.
